We are the first SCUBA DIVERS to call Culasi, Antique, Philippines our home on a professional basis.....
My name is JD De Gay, PADI OWSI, SPECIALTY, EFR Instructor #481247. I am the CEO of Panay Explorers.
Our efforts started out as a dream in 2004 and have since blossomed into a full blown effort to build the first SCUBA DIVING HOTEL RESORT in Culasi, Philippines. We have taught SCUBA diving, explored new sites, helped other divers advance in their diving education and even have produced two professional divers. All of this from our humble beginning efforts in Culasi.
